Levels and points
Points are the total you build across every habit; your level is the tier those points put you in. Check-ins earn points, achievements add bonus points, and as your total grows you climb a ten-step forge ladder.
The forge ladder
There are ten tiers, from your first check-in to a long-running practice:
| Level | Tier |
|---|---|
| 1 | Spark |
| 2 | Kindling |
| 3 | Ember |
| 4 | Flame |
| 5 | Forge Hand |
| 6 | Apprentice Smith |
| 7 | Journeyman |
| 8 | Blacksmith |
| 9 | Master Smith |
| 10 | Forge Master |
Early tiers come quickly so progress feels real in the first week; later tiers widen so the top stays meaningful. Your points are the source of truth — every screen computes your level from them, so a level is simply the tier your current point total falls into.
Where you see it
- A level tile on the dashboard shows your points, current tier, and progress to the next.
- A level badge appears on your profile and, if you join the community, on leaderboard rows.
Tips
- Points reward consistency, not intensity. Many small check-ins outpace a single burst.
- Achievements are a shortcut. Unlocking one adds bonus points — see Achievements.
- The number is a nudge, not the goal. The rope tells you how a habit is doing; the level tells you how far you have come overall.
Where to next
- Check-ins and streaks — where points come from.
- Achievements — bonus points and celebration moments.
- Community — the leaderboard your level appears on.
